Gas filters
High-pressure filters are available in the operating pressure range
of 25-400 bar and have achieved safety and reliability in this
range. Compared to other products in the filter industry, the D
series high pressure filters offer considerable technical and
economic advantages for high pressure operating systems.
Air filter is a device that captures dust from gas-solid two-phase
flow and purifies the gas through the action of porous filter
material. It purifies and treats the air with low dust content and
sends it into the room to ensure the process requirements of clean
rooms and the air cleanliness in general air-conditioned rooms.
The compressed air coming out from the air source contains excessive water vapor and oil droplets, as well as solid impurities, such as rust, sand, pipe sealants, etc. These will damage the piston sealing ring, block the small vent holes on the components, and shorten the service life of the components or make them fail. The function of the air filter is to separate the liquid water and liquid oil droplets in the compressed air, and filter out the dust and solid impurities in the air, but not to remove the gaseous water and oil.
